Willem was a senior partner with Caron & Stevens/Baker & McKenzie from 1972 till 2001, the Amsterdam office of Baker & McKenzie, lawyers, tax lawyers and civil law notaries. Ever since he has been acting as an independent consultant and mediator on legal tax and corporate governance. He joined the Advisory Board of Legal People in 2013.
